A winner and a loser yesterday for a small loss over the two bets. Lille won very easily, while Odd certainly put in a performance worthy of their name. They looked like they were strolling around knowing that their home record is great so they didn’t have to do too much and they would win. They only started playing when they went a goal down, got an equaliser very quickly and then went back to easy peasy mode. They won’t do that again in a hurry.
So, with an overall loss on the day, albeit a small one, our point value per bet goes up to two. The teams I have picked seem to be great value and whilst the odds are great for Home wins, I am going to play it a tad safely with double chance bets.
7.45pm Belgium First Division OH Leuven v Saint-Truiden HWD 2 Points
8.00pm Italy Serie B Salernitana v Cremonese HWD 2 Points.
